We had the pleasure of working with Susan Petty to buy and then sell our home in Foley Alabama last summer and she was outstanding. We also bought a house on December last year and a Condominium this week and again we used her services and she was great! She helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price, and she was very patient as well.
Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Susan Petty stood out as the best in Orange Beach: her rankings are excellent, I could tell she put a lot of work into her listings.
She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Susan made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't she had professional photographs taken, and a lot more.
When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The third day buyer that saw the property put in an offer and went under contract a few days after we put it on the market.
Susan, who is also incredibly friendly and helpful, always walked us through every step of the closing process on every house we sell or buy. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
I've recommended the RE/MAX Real Estate Team, and Susan Petty to everyone I know. She's a true professional and a nice lady. I realize, it is hard to find a better Realtor.
When we first met Susan, she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved every time we viewed a new property would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. she also led us through the negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end she always found the properties that were perfect for us and are loving them so far.

Susan was recommended to me by a friend of the family as he and his wife have had Susan as their realtor for two of their properties. I first met Susan over a year ago when I was anticipating a purchase in 2019. Even though I was just starting the pre-buy process in 2018 Susan was very responsive to my needs and very easy to work with. Over the course of the year, she would continue to touch base with me to see if needs had changed. As it came closer to time to actually purchase a home, Susan then sent me lists of recommendations (she remembered what I liked from my previous visit) to show what was available. As my husband and I were coming from out of state, she had very detailed and organized plans to make the most of our limited time to show me what was on the market which best suited our needs. Luckily, we were able to find the perfect place for our needs. Susan helped facilitate the purchase, as well as put us in touch with local mortgage companies, property management companies... As construction was not complete while we were in the area, she kept us abreast of changes being made and then stood in our place during the final walk through phases. Additionally, she has been our advocate and our facilitator while working with the design company, cable installation and in keeping us up to speed on progress there. We have been very happy with Susan's service and she has been great to work with and get to know! We would wholeheartedly recommend Susan without reservation!

We were referred to Susan by a previous customer of hers . We were able to meet with her while we were on vacation there. She managed to get us a showing of a property. However then we were in need of going home to Mo. She was able to coordinate with the bank and the title company and all of the appropriate people to complete our purchase. All of this from a long distance was very helpful!

She always worked around our schedules and was able to get us in the best area for us and managed to check all of the boxes off our list.
